06/27/2016 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15504 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT SUMMARY OF <br /> BENEFITS TO PROVIDE FOR 160 IN-LIEU HOURS FOR THE <br /> CLASSIFICATION OF DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY <br /> WHEREAS, the classification of Deputy City Attorney was reinstated by Council <br /> Resolution on June 22, 2015, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Management Summary of Benefits was amended by <br /> Council Resolution on June 22, 2015 to provide for 80 in-lieu hours for the classification; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, based on a subsequent analysis of job duties, Staff recommends that <br /> the Deputy City Attorney be granted an annual leave bank of 160 in-lieu hours equivalent <br /> to that of other Executive Management classifications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br /> incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> 2.
