<br /> In answer to Council questions, City Attorney Schricker advised that <br /> Mr. Conklin was describing a dispute between two private parties, and <br /> since the City was not named in the suit, the issue of the lawsuit was <br /> not within the City's jurisdiction. <br /> Mayor Buchan told Mr. Conklin that the Council was not a party to this <br /> dispute between two private groups, and although she was not happy about <br /> this dispute, she would not be pulled into the middle of it. <br /> F.
