(4) Books and records of the expenditures of the grant funds will be made available to the Foundation for inspection and copying at all reasonable times. (5) The grant proceeds will not be used for any of the following purposes: a. To carry out propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation; b. To influence the outcome of any specific election or to carry on, directly or indirectly, any voter registration drives; c. For any purposes other than those specified in Section 170 (c) (2) (B) of the Internal Revenue Code (e.g., charitable, educational or scientific purposes). (6) The Grantee will advise the Foundation immediately if the Internal Revenue Service gives notification that there has been or will be any change in the Grantee's tax- exempt status.
