2 <br /> be submitted within sixty (60) days after the expiration of the grant period and must <br /> account for the expenditure of all grant funds. <br /> Important Dates Grant Award <br /> Commencement of Grant Period: July 15, 2016 $45,750.00 <br /> Interim Report & Financial <br /> Report due: January 15, 2017 <br /> Expiration of Grant Period: July 14, 2017 <br /> End of Year Final Report & <br /> Financial Statement due: September 14, 2017 <br /> Reports must be submitted to the Program Director by the above due dates. <br /> (4) Books and records of the expenditures of the grant funds will be made available to the <br /> Foundation for inspection and copying at all reasonable times. <br /> (5) The grant proceeds will not be used for any of the following purposes: <br /> a. To carry out propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation; <br /> b. To influence the outcome of any specific election or to carry on, directly or <br /> indirectly, any voter registration drives; <br /> c.
