Vice Mayor Claire described the talk he gave to twenty visiting tax auditors <br /> from Henen Province, Beijing, China, on June 2, 1993. Councilman Greenalch reported on the June 11th CCAG meeting he and <br /> Councilwoman Steinfeld attended. Councilman Greenalch described the <br /> Congestion Management Plan CCAG adopted and its impacts on Redwood City <br /> including: the plan includes an air quality element, the only County in the <br /> state to have one; a 3-tiered land use review process with impact fees <br /> assessed against a development that impacts levels of services on <br /> surrounding roadways; new intersections added to the plan, including El <br /> Camino Real at Whipple and two on Woodside Road; transition funding, TDM and <br /> Measure A funds.
