In 2007, the city installed solar-powered parking meters in the downtown <br />area. 2015 <br />Level Renewable Energy and Low Carbon Fuels Activity Reported <br />Gold 1. The city council has approved a power purchase agreement (PPA) for <br />solar on Red Morton Community Center, March 23, 2015. <br /> <br />2. Redwood City is a program partner in the Bay Area Bike Share pilot, led <br />by the bay area air quality management district and funded through local, <br />regional and federal grants. <br />2015 <br />Level Renewable Energy and Low Carbon Fuels Activity Reported <br />Platinum 1. Redwood City has installed EV charging stations available to the public at <br />a number of city facilities. <br /> <br />2. The city has adopted three PACE financing programs (CaliforniaFirst, <br />HERO, and Figtree). <br /> <br />3.
