Evaluate feasibility of providing child care at community meetings <br /> <br />h. Explore when to provide translation services at meetings <br /> <br />3. Strategy: Expand opportunities for the community to volunteer and <br />evaluate ways to collaborate citywide <br />a. Work towards centralizing volunteer databases citywide to keep <br />volunteers engaged with the city. i.e. board/commission members become <br />‘alumni’ after their term ends, non-profit groups receiving CDBG funds, <br />etc. <br /> <br />b. Assessment of opportunities to broaden the applicant pool for Boards, <br />Commissions and Committees <br /> <br />c.
