<br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Carl A. Eritschgi, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D.

<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Councilman i eiss stated that he had noted a correction he would
<br />like made. On the
<br />minutes of September 11th, page 41 4th paragraph, the motion should be that the
<br />City Manager see that
<br />minutes are taken and that each member of the Council is supplied with a copy of the minutes of the study
<br />meetings. Councilman Stout had some corrections he wanted made on the meeting
<br />of September 11th.
<br />First correction is on page 3; 2nd paragraph; Councilman Royer voting NO should
<br />be added to the motion
<br />on roll call. Mrs. Jain should be changed to read Mr. Jain. Page 4 of the same
<br />minutes, Councilmen
<br />Britschgi and Spillers were noted absent and not Councilmen Britschgi and Stout.
<br />5th page, second
<br />paragraph, should be October 7th to 13th. Councilman Stout also referred to the
<br />next to last paragraph
<br />on this same page in regard to the ties, ho,vevcr, hA did not state any specific
<br />change to be made.
<br />Councilman Granger moved that the minutes of September 4th and 11th be approved
<br />as mailed —ith the
<br />correcti^ns made as noted, seconded by Councilman Herkner and rarri,..'d.

<br />DRIVE was offered by Councilman Stout who moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Granger and
<br />carried on roll call, Councilman. Spillers being noted absent.

<br />The Clerk stated that he would mail a copy to each person and nursery listed in said resolution. The
<br />motion carried on roll call with Councilman Soillers being noted absent.

<br />The Clerk stated that this item on the agenda was not correct and should be made to read Resolution Adopting
<br />1956-57 Expenditures of Engineering Allocation for City Streets. City Engineer Jain spoke about the
<br />change in this resolution and the way it differed from the agreement for Major City Streets. This would
<br />ba fox street functions only and would not be tied down to any specific project. For an example, ...�
<br />City Engineer Jain stated this money could be used for the Spruce Street job. Councilman 7,Teiss offered

<br />annual report to the State on all expenditures from this fund.
