<br />Councilman Spillers moved that the City Manager advertise for bids, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and

<br />City Manager rolison stated that the City Engineer recommended hiring an engineer to draw up the plans for
<br />lighting of the softball field. Councilman Spillers moved that the City Engineer be authorized to
<br />employ and engineerp.seconded by Councilman Britschgi and earried.
<br />Councilman Jones moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried. Meeting adjourned

<br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Carl A. Britschgi, Floyd D. Granger, Paul Jones,
<br />William H. Rayer, Robert V. Spillers, Mayor Sidney D. Herkner and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Also present
<br />were City Manager Be A. Rolison, City Attorney C. Be Currie, City Engineer Glenn M• Jain, Water
<br />Superintendent H. L. Winter, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi, Acting Police Chief Theodore Moudakas, Building
<br />Inspector S. H. Kreiss, Assistant Water Superintendent Warren Mitchell, Assessor -Auditor J. J. Brophy,
<br />Assistant to City Manager L. A. Kimball and Account -Clerk Vivian Holmquist.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING ADOPT ORDINANCE REZONE PORTION OF LOIS 8 & 10, BLOCK G. WOODSIDE ACRES NO. 1 FROM R-2 TO R-39
<br />(Canclini property 1584 Gordon Street). Affidavit of publication was ordered filed. There being no
<br />protests, written or oral, Councilman Britschgi moved that the public hearing be closed, seconded by
<br />Councilman Spillers and carried. Councilman Spillers offered ORDINANCE 600.70 to REZQNE,PORTION OF LOTS
<br />8 & 10, BLOCK G, WOODSIDE ACRES NO. 1 FROM R-2 TO R-3 and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman
<br />Britschgi and carried on roll call, Councilman Stout being noted absent.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTIONS DEBT LIMITATION, ETC., HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 4 SEWERS. Affidavit of publication
<br />was ordered filed. There being no protests, written or oral, Councilman Spillers moved that the public
<br />hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman Jones and carried. Councilman Spillers offered RESOLUTION
<br />2001 BEING RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 4 SEWER (Circle Road
<br />to Northerly City Limits) and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried on roll
<br />call, Councilman Stout being noted absent.
<br />Councilman Jones offered RESOLUTION 2002 APPROVING PLANS, PROFILES, DETAILED DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
<br />HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 4 SEWER and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried
<br />on roll call, Councilman Stout being noted absent.
<br />Councilman Granger offered RESOLUTION 2003 BEING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN PUBLIC
<br />IMPROVEMENTS, HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 4 SEWER, AND SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR APRIL 16th AT
<br />8:00 P.M. and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried on roll call, Councilman
<br />Stout being noted absent.
<br />Councilman Granger offered RESOLUTION 2004 FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE, HIGHLOW TEMITORY NO. 4 SEWERS
