That Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Col. Louis Weiss and Robert V. Spillers received the highest number of votes given for said office of Councilman, and Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Robert V. Spillers and Col. Louis Weiss were thereby elected Councilmen for the full term .of four (4) years, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to said Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, Robert V.
