The Mayor stated that he had received two notices of a bill to be considered by the Assembly Committee on Conservation on May 30th. This bill is in regard to adoption of Route B for the new Junipero Serra Freeway . The City Attorney outlined the contents of the bill . Councilman Weymouth moved that the City Manager be authorized to see that the proper information and/or person get the necessary information to the State Assembly. This was followed by discussion after which the motion was changed to direct the City Manager to mai see that the information of the Council favoring Route B and opposed Route A get to the Assembly Committee on time for the meeting, seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried .
