The Mayor asked the Clerk to read <br /> the first page of the report whieh reads as follows: <br /> At a regular ad�ourned meeting held on June 10, 1957, this office was ' <br /> �irected by the City Council to reaetivate a previous report on the , <br /> above sub�ect, which was orig3nally submitted on April 4, 1957• <br /> �..�. The Council also requested that a copg of the Court�s decision con- , <br /> r= cerning an agreement entered between the City and the Land Development ' <br /> � Company under date of April 12, 195�, be included in this report.
