<br /> Commission. The Mayor asked that only the letter fo the City Engineer be read. Coun-
<br /> cilman Granger moved that they accept the recomr,�endation of the City Engineer sub�ect
<br /> to an agreement to be drawn up by the City Attorney and also the necessary resolution
<br /> for a variance, seconded by Councilr:•�an Weymouth. This was followed by discussion

<br /> CITY MANAGER REPORT OPT YACHT HARBOR. Councilman Granger stated that this report was made
<br /> at the request of Councilman Weiss and not the reat of the Council. The Cit� Manager
<br /> was instructed to make the report for Councilman Weiss and if he wished he cauld send
<br /> copies to the rest of the Councilmen. Councilman Weiss stated that he had the right ,
