<br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July lst and J�.ly 8th. Councilman Weiss report�d that trere was
<br /> an error in the minutes of July 1, 1957, on page 6. In connection with Water Super-
<br /> intendent �inter�s statement as reported, he asked that t•he minutes be corrected to
<br /> reflect the import thereof and should be corrected to include what he actually stated
<br /> in response to questions asked, that is t"that the water service at this property is a
<br /> , live service from previous owner and therefore it will be co ntinued but cannot be
<br /> expanded beyond what it was originally limited to - that is a single family residential
<br /> ;
<br /> requirement.n Councilman 4deiss moved that the minutes of July 1st and July 8th be �
<br /> approved subject to the correction noted above, seconded by �ouncilman �Ieymouth and �
<br /> carried.
<br /> Recreation Commissioner Bill Hanley atated that they were going to hsve the dedication of
<br /> the Marine Harbor ramp on July 28th at 12:00 noon at the Yacht Harbor and he extendecl
<br /> an invitation to the members of the Council t o attend the dedication ceremony.
<br /> CONTINUA,TION �F PUBLIC HEARING ON PROP�SID ANNF�CATION OF EICHORN TERRI TORY. The City
<br /> Attorney reported th at the Eichorn people have objected orally to the annexation and
<br /> stated that they did not want t4 proceed. The City Attorney recommended that they
<br /> adopt a resolution to deny the annexation. This was followed by discussion in regard
<br /> to why they should adopt a resolution to deny the annexation. Councilman Spillers
<br /> moved that the public hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried.
