<br /> discussion. Councilm an ti'�eiss also asked that the minutes of Jul�r 22nd, page 3, water
<br /> show, be corrected n�he matter be referred to the City Attorne5= for proper procedure
<br /> of the disposition of funds." Councilman Stout moved approval of the minutes of
<br /> July 15th and July Z2nd with the corrections as noted above, seconded by Councilman '
<br /> Weiss and carried.

<br /> Councilman Granger noted that there was only one notice in which an extension of time
<br /> was not granted, JACOBS. He wanted to know why the;� didntt get an extension like
<br /> everyone else. Councilman Stout explained that there was only one square that needed
<br /> fixing and they did not feel it was necessary to have an extension of time. Councilman
<br /> Herkner wanted to know why they allowed the extension of time on notice _�#43t� to
<br /> December. Councilman Stout explained that there was a driveway to be torn out and
<br /> the corr�nittee felt that in this particular case it was a hardship. Councilman Herkner
<br /> moved that the Sidewalk Committee t s report be concu-,�red in, seconded b�r Councilman
<br /> 1�eiss and carried. '
