<br /> original color now existing. Councilman Granger inquired that since they had the bid,
<br /> what was the proper procedure to follow. The City Attorney stated that they could con-
<br /> tact the State agency to see if they could get funds to proceed. This was f'o1l�aed by
<br /> discussion in regard to the possibility of usin� some of the �2,000 m�intenancP fund.
<br /> Councilman Stout moved that the City Mana�;er be requested to send a letter to the State
<br /> organi�ation which `;ives the City the money for the maintenance of' the cemetery telling
<br /> them the amount of the bid and asking them for aid in fixinb the statue, seconded by
<br /> Councilman Weiss and carried.

<br /> ' CITY ATTORNEY�S REPORT R�GARDING ET�EI�ALD LAKE LIGHTING DIS�l'RICT. In his report the City
<br /> Attorney stated that upon investi�ation, it has been determined that all private
<br /> pro�erty included within the City has bePn withdrawn from the gnerald Lake Lighting
