The City Attorney s�aggested -that the Plan- � ning Advisor be di.rected to make any changes the Council decides on and then r eturn the plan for formal � � action. The motion was changed to direct the Planning Advisor to make the change. Cauncilman Herkner was �of the opinion that his suggestic�zi that they go baekk to the orig�nal request and havs a stuc�y meeting v�ith the P2anning Gommission sq they can get, first han@ i.nf ormation on this matter. Councilrnan Herkner was in- f ormed that the public hsarin� had beer} closed. Cauncilman Stout was of the opinion that they shauld give consideratian to the request of the people in on Union Avenue. This was follvwed by discussion. Councilman Stout was of the opinion that the Council should be furnished more accurate descriptivns and specifications on the changes as submitted for the Master Iand Use Pl.an. 2'his was followed by discussion. Councilman Stout moved that more precise descriptions of the propert,y effected be made in full on the b�aster Land Use Plan. This motion lost for lack of a second. , CONTINUATION OF HF,AftING ON T�'ELVE AMEND�'ENTS TO TO ZOPIING ORDINANCE N0. 600. It was the general opinion that because of the hour� 11:l�5 p.�., they would continue this hearing until next Monday ni�ht� October 7th. The Cauncil wants to hold a study meeting �rith the Planning Cor,imission on Wednesday night� October 2nd. Counci�.- rian Weiss moved that they continue this public hearing until October 11.tth� secAnded by Co�uncilman Stout and � carried. The City Attorney reco:rmiended that the Council direct the Planning Advisor to return the Ma.ster Land Use Plan Map to the Council f or f ormal action.
