C rnzncilman Weiss moved that this be referred t o <br /> �� <br /> the City Attorney �or drafting of the necessary' �rdinance, seconded b°r Councilman Spillers and carried. ; <br /> CITY ATTQRNEY REPORT ON REGULATIONS GOVF.�t1VING SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES. The Clerk read the f olloPring report: � <br /> The Couricil has referred to this office the question of repcmting on existing regulations and possibly <br /> additional requirements governing the sale of Christmas trees in RPC�wood City. <br /> �.-� present Section 8 of Ordinance No. �.1�7, the Business Licensing Ordinance, is applieable to persons <br /> carrying on the business of rc�tailing Christznas trees on a temporary basis f or periods of less than six <br /> rnonths. The sectz.on requires the payment of a license fee af �25.00 per week.
