Councilman Spiilers offered Resolution approvi_ng and accep�i_ng final map of W�ods;_de Terrac� *10. 8� Red– .rood City, Ca7_i.fornia� subject to certain cor_ditions; appraving an�i adopting plans and specificati�ns for improv�ment thereof; and� �pprcnring and autherizing execution of agreement for the construct�on of improve ments f or said subdivision and moved its adoption� seconded by Councilman �iei�s because of the recommendation of the City Engineer, The City Rdanager and the City Attorney s�at-�.ng that the procedure is correet. The � motion carried on roll call with Mayor P�oyer beir.� noted absent. �ounci]_man �Geiss moved that they concur in the recomrnendati_on of the Citv En�ineer with regard to procedure to follour prior to the approval of the �inal m�ps� seconded by Councilman Stou.t. Councilman Granger s-tated that the Citf Engineer was aware of the requirements set up in the � � Map Act in which he must sign and certify the map bef ore it is presented t o the Councit for final approval. � The Cit;� Attorney read the procedure to follaw as set up in the Subdiv�sion Qrdinance. The City Engineer stated that 7ie has not signed t,he map and that the map has n�t been f iled v�ith the City C1erk. The City r C1erk verifisd the fact th.at no map had been .received or filed for Coiancil ac�ion. This was follo�ved by discussion.
