He was of the opinion that the City should furnish the equipment anc� do the work if the people arill pay for the red rock. There was consider- able discussion with regard to the petition which is being circulated in an effor�t to seeure enough �,.,. ' names to form an assessment district. At the present time there is about l�6� of the property awners � that have signed the petition. .
