He believed <br /> that someone should make some response to this letter. The City Manager was asked to check into <br /> the matter. <br /> Councilman Granger asked that the Sidewalk Committee make a recommendation >in regard to the sidewalks .. <br /> only if the complaint is in writing. He was of the opinion that a complaint should be filed and they <br /> should not acdept telephone conversation complaints.
