Matt thanked the Council and encouraged others to <br /> participate in the process. Recommendation from the Parking Committee with respect to operation, <br /> financing and funding of the Parking District. (1603-04) <br /> REPORT: Planning Director, June 8, 1993 <br /> Acting Community Development Director Patterson presented the staff <br /> report, recognized and thanked staff and the members of the Parking <br /> Committee: Councilmembers Greenalch and Sanfilipo and citizens Bob Oyster, <br /> Keith Bautista, and Pat Edens.
