EXHIBIT„A" <br /> U3�,AND BERYICES <br /> C�NSUITANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> 1. Consuitant is responsible for obtaining required insurance outlined in Paragraph <br /> 11 in this Agreement, and providing copies of those insurance �licies to City <br /> befor�e commencing provision af services. <br /> 2. Consultant is responsible for screening, hiring and supervising quaHfied <br /> swimming coaches and life�ards recognized by national life-saving and/or <br /> swimming instructor associations to be on the pool deck during programs. <br /> 3. Consu�ant shail be responsible for opening and dosing the Faalities. <br /> 4. Consultant will use keys issued during the term of the Agreement per direction of <br /> the Department; and wiil pay for any lost keys and/or rekeying of the Facil'�ies if <br /> deemed necessary to regain security of the �acilities. Aii keys issued to <br /> Consuttant will be retumed at the termination of#his Agreement. If keys are not <br /> retumed Consultant wiil pe charged for the costs incurred to City for replacement <br /> and/or rekeying. <br /> 5. Consultant will not be responsibie for any costs not in the normal operating <br /> expens�of tthe poot including, but not limited to, equipment repairs,pool repairs <br /> and facflity repairs. <br /> 6. The hours of operation of the Facilibies by Consultant shail be restricted to 6:04 <br /> a.m.to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br /> 7. Consuitarrt shail not access pool mechanicai room unless for emergency shut-off <br /> purposes. Consultant shail notr�y City's Building Maintenance staff of all <br /> Facilifles=related failures (inGuding, but not Iimited to, mechanical, electrical <br /> andlor plumbing}. <br /> 8. Consuitant agrees to stricUy adhere to Gitys daily checklist and cnmplete the <br /> daily checklist of items before tt�e Facility is opened each day of use.
