CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> 1. City agrees to maintain swimming pool to meet water quality standards. This <br /> includes the payment to PG&E for monthly service and any chemical oosts. <br /> 2. Cit�r will provide a telephone for emergency use. <br /> 3. City shali deliver to Consuttant the Facilities in a clean and safe condition. <br /> 4. City agrees to include reference to the Consultant in any publication and <br /> communication to the public. <br /> 5. City agrees to allow Consuitant to store pool equipment including paddles, <br /> buoys, timing ciocks, kickboards, fms and spin trainers in an agreed upon <br /> location at the Facillties.
