11.1 Coverages and Limits. Consultant, at its sole expense, shall <br /> maintain the types of covera�es and minimum limits indicated below, unless the <br /> City approves a �wer amount. These minimum amounts aP coverage wiU not <br /> constitute any limitations or cap on Consultant's indemniflcation obl'�gations under <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 11.1.1 Commerciai General Liability tnsurance with limits not less <br /> than $10,000.000 per occurrenoe with $20,000,000 annual aggregate. If <br /> the submitted policies contain aggregate limits, such limits will appiy <br /> separately#o the project or loca�on that are the sub�ect of this Agreement <br /> or the aggregate wiil be twice the required per occurrence limit. The policy <br /> shail inciude coverage for bodily in�u.ry, property damage and dean-up <br /> oosts arising from potlution: The Commerdal General Liability insurance <br /> policy shall be endo�sed to name the City, its officers, agents, employees <br /> and volunteers as addi�onal in�reds and to st�fe that the insurance will <br /> be primary and not contribute with any insurance or seif-insurance <br /> maint�ined by th�e City. Consultant must provide City with copiss of these <br /> policies before providing the Services. <br /> 11.1.2 Business Automobile L.iabilitv Insurance with limits not less <br /> than $1,000,0� per accident for owned, hired and non-owned <br /> automobiles. <br /> 11.1.3 Workers'Comr�ensation.Insurance as required by Califomia <br /> Law and Empioyer's Liability insurance with limits not less than $1 miilion <br /> pec acci�ent for t�dily injury or disease. The workers' compensation <br /> insurance shali contain �n endo"rsement stating the insurer waives any <br /> right of subrogation against tfie Cit�r, its elected and appointed officials, <br /> employees and volunteers. <br /> 11.7.4 Professional Liability in�urance with limits of not less than <br /> $1,OQO,OOO per occurrence. <br /> 11.2 Notice of C,anceliation. Consuitant wili immediately notify the City in <br /> writing upon receipt of notice of cancellatia� or non-renewal o# any insurance <br /> policies r�equired under this Agreement: <br /> 1 L3 Providin�:Certifcates of Insurance and Endorsements. Prior to <br /> City's execution of this Agr�ement� Consultant will #umish certiflcates af <br /> insurance and required endorsements to Cit�r. <br /> 11.4 Failure to Maintain Covera�e.
