Consultant warrants that Consuitant has not employed or netained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working for Caisultant, to solicit or secure this Agreement, and that Cons,uitant has not paid or agreed to pay any company or person, other than a bona fide employee, any fee, c�ammission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift, or any other consideration oontingent upon, oF resulting from, the award or making of this Agreement.
