<br />MCDILFS AND REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS RECEIVED# seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried on roll call,
<br />Councilman Weiss being noted absent.
<br />Councilman Spillers moved that the City Manager be authorized to settle and terminate agreement between Oddstad
<br />Homes and City concerning annexation fees in Farm Hill Addition No. 1 upon payment of additional $75.00
<br />fee for one more building site, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried.
<br />COMMUNICATIONSt
<br />Chamber of Commerce expressed appreciation for the excellent cooperation it received from Pasco Balzarini
<br />and Fred Wood in -connection with the recent Chamber of Commerce Workshop held last Wednesday at the Veterans
<br />Memorial Hall.
<br />Woodside High School Parent Teacher Association expressed their thanks for the promptness with which the
<br />City had suitable pedestrian walks installed on the streets adjacent to the new high school.
<br />Councilman Rosselli reported on the matter of the 30 day extension to be granted to Mrs. Bendeich for sidewalk
<br />repair. The Sidewalk Committee recommended that the extension be granted. Councilman Spillers moved to
<br />grant the extension, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried.
<br />Claims 27557 through 27684, totaling $126,733.94, were ordered paid on motion of Councilman Herkner, seconded by
<br />Councilman Spillers and carried.
<br />Councilman Spillers moved that the meeting be adjourned to December 8th at 8:00 pe m., seconded by Councilman
<br />Rosselli and carried. Meeting adjourned, 9:17 P. m.

<br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, John S. Rosselli,
<br />Robert V. Spillers, Louis Weiss, Ray Weymouth, Mayor William H. Royer and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Also
<br />present were City Manager J. Be Neal, City Attorney Robert J. Costello, City Engineer Glenn M. Jain, Building
<br />Inspector S. H. Kreiss, Police Chief William Faulstich, Assessor -Auditor John J. Brophy, Recreation Director
<br />Alfred Morton, Assistant Recreation Director Don Dimitrates, Planning Director Dick Wilkinson, Planning
<br />Commissioner Vincent Rambo, Recreation Director Wm. Hanley, and Deputy City Clerk Vivian Holmquist.
<br />Counciln;an Spillers moved adoption of CRDINANCE NO. 919 AMENDING SECTIONS 152, 192, 192.3, 192.7, 192.8 AND
<br />193.3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 758, BEING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOCD CITY, AND ADDING THERETO
<br />SECTIONS 192.14 THROUGH 192.19 INCLUSIVE, TO PROVIDE FOR LIMITED PARKING ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS, AND
<br />REMOVING PICKUP TRUCKS FROM THE CLASSIFICATION OF VEHICLES RESTRICTED FROM ALL NIGHT PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS,
<br />seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried on roll call (unanimous). The affidavit of publication was ordered
<br />filed.
<br />Councilman Herknermoved to authorize the City Clerk to accept a deed for five acre addition to Stulsaft Park from
<br />Oddstad Homes subject to the final checking by the City Manager and the City Attorney, seconded by Councilman
<br />and carried.
