<br />notice was ordered filed. There being no protests, written or oral, Councilman Spillers moved that the
<br />public hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried.
<br />Councilman Herkner moved introduction of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 600, the Zoning Ordinance,
<br />to rezone Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 12 Oakleigh Park Tract, from "U" District to R-3 District, seconded
<br />by Councilman Rosselli and carried.
<br />Councilman Weymouth moved adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 600.97 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 600 TO REZONE LOTS 18, 19
<br />AND 20, JOHNSNON SUBDIVISION, FROM "U" DISTRICT TO R-1 DISTRICT, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and
<br />carried unanimously on roll call. The affidavit of publication was ordered filed.
<br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of ORDINANCE N0. 922, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING
<br />THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY RESIGNATED "HIGHLANDS
<br />TERRITORY NO. 10" AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD CITY,
<br />seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried unanimously on roll call. The affidavit of publication was

<br />San Mateo, addressed the Council as did Dr. Be Hayworth, representing the Jr. Chamber of Commerce. The Mayor
<br />asked the City Manager and his staff to check into the feasibility of combining a special election in con-
<br />junction with the School election.
