(minute order) <br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2614 ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING CERTAIN DESIGNATED EN- <br />TRANCES TO DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS TO BE STOP ENTRANCES AND DECLARING CERTAIN ENTRANCE TO DESIGNATED <br />INTERSECTION TO BE A YIELD RIGHT OF WAY ENTRANCE, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried unanimously <br />PLANNIM COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION REGARDING REZONING PORTION OF BLOCK 13, LENOLT TRACT (A. Plaehn-#58-249). <br />Councilman Weymouth moved to set this matter for public hearing on January 12th, seconded by Council- <br />man Spillers and carried. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: City of San Carlos stating that they can not support the City in the Truck Route matter. <br />Claims 27685 through 27846, totaling $70,161.47, were ordered paid on motion of Councilman Rosselli, second- <br />ed by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that the meeting be adjourned to Monday, December 22, 1958, at the hour of 8:00 <br />p* m., seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried. There being no protests, written or oral, Councilman Spillers moved that the public hearing <br />be closed, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2615 BEING THE RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PROTEST TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "COONAN NO. 1" HAS NOT BEEN MADE BY OKNERS (F <br />ONE-HALF OF THE VALUE OF SUCH TERRITORY AS SHOWN BY THE LAST EQUALIZED ASSESSMENT ROLL, NOR BY PUBLIC <br />AND PRIVATE OWNERS EQUAL TO ONE -HL F OF THE VALUE -OF SUCH TERRITORY AS DETERMINED BY SAID COUNCIL, <br />seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried unanimously on roll call. <br />Councilman Herkner moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2616 APPROVING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SEWER AND WATER CONNECTIONS, seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Rosselli and carried unanimously on roll call. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved introduction of an ordinance of the City of Redwood City approving the annex- <br />ation to the City of Redwood City of certain uninhabited territory designated "Coonan No. 1" and herein <br />described, and herein annexing said territory to said City of Redwood City, seconded by Councilman <br />Herkner and carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON WEED ABATEMENT, The affidavit of publication was ordered filed.
