Qualification added that, "no vacation time is due any employee who is terminated prior to certification." 3. Clarification of sick leave and vacation leave provisions for police officers and firemen, by specifying that vacation and sick leave are credited upon completion of six (6) months employment but, "vacation leave may not be taken prior to completion of one (1) year service." 4. Increase the accumulated sick leave and disability leave from ninety (90) days to one hundred and twenty (120) days for all employees. 5• Amend Section 3 of Rule XIII by inserting "Department Head" in lieu of "City Manager". Councilman Spillers moved to approve the Personnel Board's recommendations, seconded by Councilman Rosselli.
