The City Manager concurred in the recommendation. Councilman Spillers moved to re- <br />fer the matter to the City Attorney for a report at the next Council meeting, seconded by Councilman <br />Herkner and carried. <br />JOSEPH QUESADA,, 849 Adams Street, complimented the Fire Department for their help when his wife needed <br />emergency treatment with the inhalator. Councilman Weiss moved that the letter be filed, seconded by <br />Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that the remaining items on the agenda be carried over to the next Council meet- <br />ing., MY 5, 1958s seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. M. <br />Invocation was lead by Reverend Ralph Benson, North Fair Oaks Community Church. <br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Sidney D. Herkner, John S. Rosselli, Rotert V. <br />Spillers, Louis Weiss, Ray Weymouth, Mayor William H. Royer and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Councilman <br />Floyd D. Granger was noted absent. Also present were City Manager J.
