tsi y' <br />Councilman Herkner moved adoption of RESOLUTION N0._2917 ABANDONING PARK STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, seconded <br />by Councilman Rosselli and carried unanimously on roll call. <br />Dino Pardini and Gaetano Ferrigno appealing action of the Planning Commission on resubdivision request to <br />divide a parcel of land which has frontage on Kentfield Avenue and on Sierra Street which is not <br />improved. Councilman Spillers moved that this matter be set for public hearing on December 7th <br />(MINUTE ORDER #59-20O), seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. <br />Councilman Fields moved introduction of an ordinance appropriating the sum of $42000 from Unbudgeted Sur- <br />plus, Water Funds for construction and installation of water distribution mains and appurtenances in <br />Bayshore Industrial Park No. 1 Improvement District; and, appropriating the sum of $6,000 from Unbudgeted <br />Surplus, Sewer Rental Funds for construction and installation of trunk sewers and appurtenant sanitary, <br />sewer facilities in Bayshore Industrial Park No. 1 Improvement District (MINUTE ORDER #59-201)s seconded <br />by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />Resolution ordering sale of bondsp Bayshore Industrial Park No. 1. Chester Lebsackj, Attorney for the <br />assessment district, advised the Council that Mr. Price had submitted a check in the amount of <br />$52,583.85 which was to be applied to thirteen specific lots. Mr. Lebsack explained that this would <br />necessitate a change in the assessment diagram and proceedings and he recommended that the Council <br />not adopt a resolution ordering sale of bonds at this time but rather adopt a resolution modifying and <br />amending the procesdings. <br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2918 BEING A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MODIFY <br />AND AMEND PROCEEDINGS; ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM UNDER RESOLUTION OF. <br />INTENTION NO. 2882, BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK N0. 1, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried unan- <br />imously on roll call. (Public hearing to be December 7th) <br />PENINSULA COVENANT CHURCH REQUESTS PERMISSION TO MOVE ITS FRAME BUILDING.nor located on Clinton Street aid <br />S <br />Jefferson Avenue to newly acquired property ftonting on Farm Hills Blvd* and identified as 3560 Farm <br />Hills Boulevard (formerly Davis property). The Planning Commission recommends approval of this permit <br />subject tot <br />1. Park Department request for $1,000 bond to cover protection of trees along moving route. <br />2. Time of moving and route taken to be approved by the Police Department. <br />3. The building to be moved to meet miniolm requirements of Building Code before occupancy. <br />4* Fire Alarm system to be kept intact at all times. <br />Councilman Granger moved to grant the permit subject to the above mentioned conditions (MINUTE ORDER <br />#59-202), seconded by Councilman Spillers and ca cried. <br />Councilman Rosselli moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO, 2919 DECLARING WEEDS A NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR <br />REMOVAL, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried unanimously on roll call. <br />OWN Councilman Spillers moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2920 AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS CF <br />ORDINANCE N0. 631, BEING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE CF THE CITY Cr REDWOOD CITY (755 Upland Road), <br />seconded by Councilman Granger and carried unanimously on roll call. <br />Determination of City Council as to date of meeting for City Council study of Six Year Plan recommendations <br />of Citizens Committee. It was decided to wait Until the meeting was over and then adjourn the Council <br />meeting to next Monday night at which time the Council would study the matter. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS, WAYNE COURT SUBDIVISION. The City Engineer reported that the job was not ready <br />to go at this time. The item was removed from the agenda. <br />REQUEST OF REOffOOD HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH FELLONSHIP FOR WATER CONNECTION IN EMERALD LAKE. Councilman Spillers <br />moved to grant the permit (MINUTE ORDER #59-203), seconded by Councilman Weymouth. This was followed <br />by considerable discussion. The Church was requested to use the water for Chapel and indoor use only. <br />
