<br />CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION OF SEQUOIA TERRACE. Councilman Rosselli moved to continue the
<br />public hearing to January 25th (MINUTE ORDER #59-233), seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried.
<br />MARY E. TREACY REQUESTS PERMISSION TO MOVE DWELLING FROM 464 CLINTON STREET ,TO 804 BREEZE PLACE. Councilman
<br />Spillers moved to grant the permit subject to the posting of $1,000 performance bond and building being
<br />brought up to building code requirements within 90 days from the date the building is moved, seconded by
<br />Councilman Rosselli... This was followed by a lengthy discussion both pro and con. Twelve people were present
<br />objecting to the moving of an old building into their neighborhood. The motion carried on roll call with
<br />Councilmen Granger, Rosselli, Spillers, Weymouth and Mayor pro -tem Herkner voting yes, Councilman Fields
<br />voting no and Mayor Royer being noted absent. (MINUTE ORDER #59-239)

<br />lots in certain districts. Councilman Spillers moved to carry this an the agenda for two weeks, January
