Fields, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, <br />John Rosselli, Ray Weymouth, Mayor William H. Rryer.and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Also noted present were <br />City Manager J. E. Neal, Police Chief William Faulstich, Assistant City Attorney Richard Gardella, <br />Planniing Director Dick Wilkinson, Assessor -Auditor John J. Brophy, Assistant Planning Director Leonard <br />Knittel, Building Inspector S. H. Kreiss, Pater Superintendent H. L. Winter, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi and <br />Deputy,City Clerk Vivian Holmquist, <br />Councilman Rosselli moved approval of the minutes of December 18th and December 21st as mailed, seconded by <br />F.•. Councilman Weymouth and carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT IN STEVEN TRACT (Portion of <br />Lot 10, Block 2). The public hearing was declared open and the affidavits of posting and publicatim <br />were ordered filed. There being no protests, written or oral, Councilman Herkner moved that the public <br />hearing be closed, seconded by Councilman Fields and carried. <br />Councilman Fields moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2945 VACATING A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT, seconded by <br />Councilman Rosselli and carried unanimously on roll call, Councilman Spillers being noted absent. <br />ROBERT M. SEVIER REQUESTS PERMISSION TO CONDUCT A LAUNDROMAT AT 726-728 EL CAMINO REAL. There being no <br />protests, Couftilman Weymouth moved to grant the permit (MINUTE ORDER #59-214), seconded by Councilman <br />Fields and carried. <br />Councilman Herkner moved introduction of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 6239 entitled "An Ordinance <br />
