269 <br />NW 45, of Lots 48 and 50, and Nff 301 of Lots 44 and 460 Resubdivision of Wellesley Park, also known <br />as 141 Wellesley Crescent, 207-231-257 and 295 Arlington Road. Councilman Rosselli moved to set the <br />matter for public hearing April 6th, seconded by Councilman Fields and carried. <br />PARK AND RECREATION COWIISSION REGARDING CHANGE OF BOAT RATES on boats 16 to 21 feet in length on the new <br />catwalk from $4.50 to $6.00 per month. Councilman Herkner moved to approve the Park and Recreation <br />Commissionfs recommendation and the City Attorney to take the necessary legal steps to put it into <br />effect, seconded by Councilman Rosselli and carried. <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION RECOMMENDS LETTING BIDS TO OPERATE THE FOOD CONCESSION AT HAWES PARK THIS <br />SEAS QJ. Councilman Weymouth moved to refer the matter to the City Attorney for preparation of necessary <br />legal documents, seconded by Councilman Fields and carried. <br />REPORT ON BID OPENING, WEED ABATEMENT DISKING. Sirrnns 854.25 <br />Councilman Herkner moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2661 AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE <br />WORK OF DISKING IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM IN THE CITY CF REDWOOD CITY, seconded by <br />Councilman Granger and carried -on roll call, Councilman Spillers being noted absent. <br />COMM UNICATIONS t <br />Petition for sewer and water improvements, Bayshore Industrial Park No. 1 (between Old Bayshore Highway <br />on the west and the Redwood City Limit Line on the east, Whipple Avenue Interchange on the north, and <br />Redwood Creek on the south). Councilman Rosselli moved that authorization be given for the preparation <br />of plans and specification and authorize the City Auditor to advance the planning funds to proposed <br />district to be reimbursed, seconded by Councilman Herknerand carried. <br />OM <br />Letter from Raymond Turiello, 463 Myrtle Street, appealing the decision of the Planning Commission and <br />the Subdivision Committee on the denial of his application to resubdivide his property. Councilman <br />Weymouth moved to set the matter for public hearing on March 16th, seconded by Councilman Herkner and <br />carried. <br />Letter of appeal from a decision, determination, or requirement of the Planning Commission denying the <br />application of Florabelle Signarowitz for a resubdivision of Lot 12 and the southeasterly 10 feet of <br />side line measurements of Lot 11, Block 1, Portola Addition. Councilman Herkner moved to set the matter <br />-for public hearing on March 16th, seconded by Councilman Fields and carried. <br />Councilman moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried. Fields, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. <br />Herkner, John S. Rosselli, Robert V. Spillers, Racy Weymouth and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Mayor William <br />H. Royer was noted absent. Also present were City Manager James E. Neal, Assis tant City Attorney <br />Axel Christiansen, City Engineer Glenn M. Jain, Fire Chief J. L.
