Councilman Herkner moved to set the matter for public hearing on July 20th (MINUTE ORDER #59-115), <br />seconded by Councilman Granger and carried. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDS DENIAL OF PETITION OF JAMES S. & AUDREY V. KERR to rezone Lots 25, 26, Block 4, <br />Map of Subdivision k of Wellesley Park, from an R-1, Single Family Residential District, to an R-3, <br />Multiple Residential District. Councilman Weymouth moved to set the matter for public hearing on July <br />20th (MINUTE ORDER #59-116), seconded by Councilman Granger and carried. <br />Councilman Weymouth moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 2783 AUTHORIZING AND RATIFYING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TRUCK INSURANCE EXCHAN(M FOR MUNICIPAL INSURANCE FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JULY 1, <br />1959, THROUGH AND INCLUDING JUNE 30, 1962, seconded by Councilman Herkner, The City Attorney reported that <br />the Port has been included in the public liability insurance. The motion carried on roll call with Council- <br />man Spillers and Mayor Royer being noted absent. 0"R <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mrs. falter S. Sterling thanked the Council for their recognition of her award and invited them to attend <br />some of their Fun After Fifty Meetings. <br />Rabbi Herbert D. Teitelbaum, Temple Beth Jacob, thanked John Rosselli for taking part in the groundbreaking <br />ceremonies. <br />Lawrence Brian reported that the new supply line of the Belmont -County Water District, constructed through <br />Redwood City, as been completed and is in operation. In accordance with the agreement between the City <br />and the District, the line is now available for emergency use only on the part of Redwood City. <br />The Sisters of Saint Francis of Penance and Christian Charity, Sierra Madre, invited the Council to the <br />ground breaking ceremonies inaugurating the construction of their new provincialate and novitiate house <br />at Jefferson Avenue and Wilmington Way on Sunday afternoon, July 12, 1959, at three otclock. <br />
