Introduce interim ordinance restricting "R" uses in "C" and "I" Districts. Three ordinances were drafted as a 0" possible choice. (1) Regulated all C and PI Districts throughout the City but allows the use permit; (2) ago Regulates Bayshore 0-3 F_Zoning.. but allows the use permit; (3) Regulates Bayshore C -3-F zoning and does not allow the use permit. At the meeting of October 17.. 1960, the matter of a V..� reclassification survey was referred by the Council to the Personnel Board for their report on the need for such a survey..and recommendation as to the outside agency best qualified to make the study. Proposals were received from three firms: Griffenhagen-Kroeger A ssociates.. Alfred Beesons and the State Cooperative Personnel Services.
