The removal of the Fire Department accessories on the trade-in truck were not specified, through an error in the Fire Department and therefore, the bidders were not aware of the items to be removed which could make a difference in the trade-in allowance. 2. One bidder questioned the interpretation of the words '15 spped transmi.ssiont' whether it meant 5 speeds forward and 1 reverse or 4 speeds forward and 1 reverse. It was recommended that this bid be rejected and the itme be re -advertised for bids again.
