<br />EXECUTION OF A PERMIT BY THE CITY ENGINEER PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF ORDINANCE NO. 719, AND AUTHORIZING
<br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF SAID IMPROVIt9ENT, seconded by Councilman Herkner and
<br />carried unanimously on roll call vote.

<br />on Traffic Origin and Destination Survey to June 1, 1960s in order tha t the Staff may have sufficient
<br />time to complete their work after work on the Six Year Plan has been completed. The contract involved
<br />our City Planning Staff doing a large part of the work. Councilman Weymouth moved to grant the time

<br />REPORT ON BID OPENING, AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT. The following bids were received:

<br />It was recommended that the low bid -of T. & J Garage, Inc. in the net amount of $1,725.80 be accepted.
<br />However, attention was called to the fact that the bid of Davies Auto Company of Redwood City was only
<br />$21.75 higher, and the advantage of securing local service would probably justify paying this additional
<br />original cost. There is no local International Dealer.
<br />Councilman Rosselli moved that the bid be awarded to Davies Auto Company as the lowest responsible bid-
<br />der having local service and parts available, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried unanimously on
<br />roll call vote.
