<br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted -present: Councilmen Ron W. Fields, Floyd D. Granger, Sidney D. Herkner,
<br />John S. Rosselli, Robert V. Spillers, Ray Weymouth, Mayor William H. Royer and City Clerk R. S. Dodge.
<br />Also noted present were City Attorney Robert J. Costello, Planning Director Dick Wilkinson, City Engineer
<br />Glenn M. Jain, Police Chief William Faulstich, Recreation Director Alfred Marton, Assessor -Auditor John
<br />J. Brophy, Street Maintenance Superintendent Doyle Chester, Building Inspector S. H. Kreiss and Deputy
<br />City Clerk Vivian Holmquist.
<br />Councilman Rosselli moved approval of the minutes of January 15 and January 18, 1960, as mailed, seconded by
<br />Councilman Fields and carried.
<br />CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING SEQUOIA TERRACE ANNEXATION. Mr. Shaw asked for additional time to give his
<br />engineer a chance to work out a new plan for the terracing and asked for a 30 day extension. Councilman
<br />Spillers moved to continue this item for 30 days, March 7, 1960, the staff to investigate the changes and
<br />submit their report (MINUTE ORDER #60-21), seconded by Councilman Weymouth and carried.

<br />TO DATE, TO PROVIDE FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON JEFFERSON AVENUE BETMN FRANKLIN STREET AND EL CAMINO
<br />REAL, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried unanimously on roll call, The affidavit of publication
<br />was ordered filed.
<br />Councilman Spillers moved adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 960 TO PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF CITY EMPLOYEES FOR
<br />ACTUAL AND NECESSARY TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES AND PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS THEREFOR, seconded
