City Engineer's recommendation on ACCEPTANCE CF ROSE AVENUE EXTENSION IMPROVEMRNTS. The City Engineer re- commended acceptance of this project by.the City Council subject to guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship which might appear within one year from date of acceptance, and to payment of 81l charges due the City.
