<br />The Planning Commission recommends the granting of these exceptions and recommends

<br />approve the tentative map of Merle L. Hildreth with the exceptions and conditions hereon
<br />noted: 2 lots each to contain 5,550 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square
<br />feet located in an R-2, Duplex Residential District.
<br />The Planning Commission further recommends that the exception be subject to the
<br />FOO following conditions;

<br />Councilman Royer moved adoption of RESOLUTION NO. 3125 AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO
<br />CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 631, BEING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
<br />OF REDWOOD CITY, seconded by Councilman Granger and carried on roll call, Councilmen
<br />Fields, Granger, Herkner, Royer, and Mayor Weymouth voting yes, Councilman Rosselli
<br />voting no and Councilman Stehle being noted absent. It was explained to Mr. Hildreth
<br />that he would be required to supply his own water and sewer lines.
<br />TRUE W. BJORKMAN requests exception to Ordinance No. 631, the Subdivision Ordinance, in
<br />respect to portions of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 1, Reese Subdivision, located
<br />in an R-3 District at 553 Redwood Avenue.
<br />Section 5.31 requires a minimum 6,000 square quare feet, 90' in depth, and the exception
<br />desired is 5,634 square feet, 75' depth.
<br />The Planning Commission recommends the granting of these exceptions and recommends
<br />that the Council of the City of Redwood City authorize the Planning Commission to
<br />approve the tentative map of True W. Bjorkman with the exceptions and conditions hereon
<br />noted; Hetch-Hetchy right-of-way cuts diagonally across rear of property.
<br />The Planning Commission further recommends that the exception be subject to the following
<br />conditions:
<br />(a) All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, and/or parts thereof,
<br />other than as directly and expressly adjusted by the terms of the exception
<br />granted, shall be strictly complied with.
