BJORKMAN requests exception to Ordinance No. 631, the Subdivision Ordinance, in <br />respect to portions of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 1, Reese Subdivision, located <br />in an R-3 District at 553 Redwood Avenue. <br />Section 5.31 requires a minimum 6,000 square quare feet, 90' in depth, and the exception <br />desired is 5,634 square feet, 75' depth. <br />The Planning Commission recommends the granting of these exceptions and recommends <br />that the Council of the City of Redwood City authorize the Planning Commission to <br />approve the tentative map of True W.
