Cyril H. Smith and Wayne Kingsford- Smith advised they would like to be considered for that-appointment. Mayor Barrett then called for votes on appointment to the unexpired � term on the Park and Recreation Cor�nission comnencing ir�nediately. Cyril H. Smith 3 � Wayne Kingsford-Smith 2 Cyril H. Smith having received a majority of votes, Mayor Barrett declared him appointed to the unexpired term on the Park and Recreation Commission expiring Apri1 30, 1981. (MINUTE ORDER N0. 79-128) Library Board Mayor Barrett advised the following perons are candidates for appoint- ment to the Library Board and all have been interviewed previously: Elaine Collins, Alice M. Kennedy, Frank Piombo and Henry P. Tarratt. Mayor Barrett then called for votes for appointment to the two full three-year terms on the Library Board.
