Smith having received a majority of votes, Mayor Barrett <br /> declared him appointed to the unexpired term on the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission expiring Apri1 30, 1981. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 79-128) <br /> Library Board <br /> Mayor Barrett advised the following perons are candidates for appoint- <br /> ment to the Library Board and all have been interviewed previously: <br /> Elaine Collins, Alice M. Kennedy, Frank Piombo and Henry P. Tarratt. <br /> Mayor Barrett then called for votes for appointment to the two full <br /> three-year terms on the Library Board.
