Directors present: Biagi, Norris, Stangel and Mayor Rhodes Directors absent: Bury, Chandler, Leipzig Officials and staff resent: City Manager Fales, City Attorney c r ccer, rector o —�1'nanoe Ference, City Clerk Hildebrand and representatives of General Appraisal Company General Mayor Rhodes stated that the Council is meeting as the Board of Equalization of GID No. 1-64 for the purpose of equalizing assessments of property and will continue in session for that purpose, from time to time, until the business of equalization is disposed of. City Clerk Hildebrand reported that she has on file in her office the Affidavit of Publication of Public Notice that the District assessment roll for 1979-80 has been completed and copies are available for in- spection. Director of Finance Ference submitted the assessment roll, stating that assessment work has been done by David K. Bohegian and Jack Haines of General Appraisal Company of San Francisco. Mr. Ference catled attention to the letter of July 10, 1979 from Mr. Bohegian relating to certain reductions wM ch require Board approval. David K. Bohe ian, General Appraisal Company, San Francisco, also re- erre to s etter stating that the proposed ad�ustments were based on information received after the roll had been completed and relate to developability of the property. Councilman Norris requested that Mr. Bohegian provide additional in- forniation including the original.a,ss�ssed value of the properties referred to in the letter and a map marked to indicate.the tocation of each parcel. Mr. Bohegian advised he will supply the items requested.
