Mr. Bohegian <br /> advised he will provide that info►^mation also. (Memo 7/17/79) <br /> It was suggested that the Board meet with Mr. Bohegian when the <br /> material requested is available in order to discuss it before the <br /> finat meeting after the September 15 appeal deadline. <br /> �John Mur�h , 421 Luff Lane, called attention to the record of the <br /> oa6 rd meeting of February 28, 1966 describing the purpose and function <br /> of District appraisers and urged Board members to review it. (At the <br /> request of Council, the City Clerk will have the pages copied and <br /> dlstributed to Council for review.) <br /> Vic Wandma er, 353 Quay Lane, stated he wished to protest his assess- <br /> ment an ed his application to do so. <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised that in order to protect property <br /> owners and the District any applications for ad�ustment of assessment <br /> should be heard in the presence of a certified shorthand reporter <br /> taking verbatim minutes of the proceedings. Mr. Schricker advised <br /> that Mr. Wandmayer's application can be accepted at this time, but <br /> the hearings on all such applications should be held after the <br /> September 15 filing deadline. <br /> City Manager Fales requested that all applicants be requested to put <br /> their statements relating to the reasons they believe they may be <br /> entitled to reduction of assessment in writing.
