(continued) In response to question, Planning Director <br /> Schroeter advised that the present old <br /> structure is within about 50% of the normal <br /> setback requirements, but with the con- <br /> struction of the storage building, setbacks <br /> will be only within from 10 to 40� of normal. <br /> In further response to questions, Mr. Schroeter <br /> advised that the proposed use also has parking <br /> problems, since some of the parking spaces � <br /> block the entrance to the storage garage; � <br /> that the new chain link fence erected by S&W <br /> has adequate setback; and that uses of the <br /> property are possible without the need for <br /> variances. <br /> Mr. Phillips stated that his client wishes to <br /> make use of the old building and urged Council <br /> to reverse the decision of the Zoning Admin- <br /> istrator and grant the requested variances. <br /> Mayor Rhodes invited anyone else present who <br /> wished to speak to do so.
