'Mr. Smith insisted his presentation <br /> was related only to the subject of the appeal. <br /> � In response to question, Mr. Smith advised <br /> that the building has been reduced from 112 <br /> feet to 98 feet because certain equipment <br /> is to be placed under the building instead � <br /> of on the roof.
