a7 c� <br /> MOTION: Councilman Stangel moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi , to <br /> accept the recommendation and approve reduction of appraised value <br /> for land and improvements for Parcel 95-122-160 to $121,500, or a <br /> decrease of $3,000. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> b� (MINUTE ORDER N0. 79-212) <br /> � <br /> Correction of Clerical Error in Appraisals, GID 1-64 <br /> Mr. Ference referred to his memorandum of October 31 regarding notifi- <br /> cation by General Appraisal Company that through clerical error, <br /> appraisals of improvements on 124 parcels, Nos. 111-150-020 through <br /> 111-200-180 inclusive, were overstated, causing taxes levied on the <br /> parcels to be overstated in the amount of $5,139.80 for Facilities <br /> Bond Interest and Redemption. He advised that all of the parcels <br /> were unde�r construction at the time they were appraised, and that <br /> through error, the land value was added in twice. <br /> MOTION: Councilman Biagi moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, to <br /> approve staff recommendation to correct the clerical error in <br /> appraisals and adjust facilities bond taxes as requested. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 79-213) <br /> Adjournment <br /> �,,, Upon motion duTy made, seconded and carried, the Board of Equalization <br /> adjourned at 10:40 a.m. <br /> � <br /> FRANCES I.
