SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> A. Proclamations honoring T.J. Frank and Beth Frank for their heroic actions on <br /> Father's Day, June 20, 1993; (301-04) <br /> Mayor Buchan paid tribute to two Redwood City citizens, Beth and T.J. Frank, <br /> whose quick thinking and training as emergency medical technicians, saved <br /> the life of Mr. Larry Mueller after a water skiing accident in the Delta on <br /> Father's Day, June 20, 1993. Beth and T.J. thanked the Council for this <br /> recognition, and Mr. Mueller publicly thanked T.J. and Beth again for what <br /> they did. Family and friends of the Franks and Muellers joined the Council <br /> in hearty applause for these two young heroes. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Dave Saisi, Iris Street, Redwood City, advised Council he was following <br /> up on the letter he had written expressing his concerns and the concerns <br /> of his neighbors about the plan to construct a parking lot on the <br /> property of the Kingdom Hall on Iris. Mr. Saisi advised excessive <br /> traffic and noise would spoil their peaceful neighborhood. <br /> .
