Reifenrath, representative of Boring-Reifenrath- <br /> Greenwold-Vreeburg, the insurance broker, replied to <br /> ` questions concerning the quotations received, observ- <br /> l ing that certain insurance companies had withdrawn <br /> ' from the municipal market because they have been losing <br /> ' money a,nd they anticipate loss ratios will go higher <br /> ` because of certain recent legislation. <br /> � <br /> ' City Controller Ference replied to questions concern- <br /> ing items in his report and offered to distribute to <br /> ' Council copies of the new accident report form from <br /> Industrial Indemnity which will provide information <br /> regarding claims and amounts paid by the carrier. <br /> ; <br /> ± Councilman Henderson stated that as a member of the <br /> � Board of Directors of the League of California Cities <br /> � she would like to raise the question of self-insurance <br /> i with regard to workmen' s compensation.
