BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND INDUSTRIAL INDEMNITY FOR MUNICIPAL INSURANCE FOR A PERIOD � .. COMMENCING JULY 1, 197�4 The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote . Downtown Improvement Pro,jects - Units� and � City Manager Fales referred to his reports of June 20, 1974 reviewing bids for powntown Improvement Project, Unit No. l and Downtown Improvement Project, Units 2 and 3. Mr. Fales recommended that the contract for Unit 1 be awarded to Rosendin Electric Company, San Jose, on the basis of their l�w bid in the total amount of $171,686.00; and that the contract for Units 2 and 3 be awarded to Piombo Corporation, San Carlos, on the basis of their low bid in the total amount of $E82 ,445.�+0.
